How do I get my planner?
It's an instant digital download. After checkout you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and we'll also email it to you. Nothing is posted.
What format is it?
A 21-page A4 PDF. Every white box is a fillable field, and the contents page is clickable so you can jump straight to any section.
What do I need to open it?
Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview on a Mac, or most web browsers. To type into it on a phone or tablet, we recommend the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
Can I print it?
Yes. Print the whole planner or just the pages you need, as many times as you like for your own personal use.
Is it dated?
No. It's undated, so you can start in any month of the year.
How do I save my progress?
Use File > Save As to keep your own copy, then save again each time you update it.
I didn't receive my download. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital product, we can't offer refunds once it's been downloaded. If your file is faulty or won't open, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I share it with friends?
Each purchase is a single-user licence for personal use. Please don't share or resell the file. Point your friends to our shop instead!
