Saving Made Easy products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. Nothing is posted.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, provided you agreed to immediate access at checkout. By completing your purchase you agree to receive your download straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

FAULTY FILES
If your file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll send a working copy or give you a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES
Bought the same product twice by mistake? Contact us and we'll refund the duplicate order.
