TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by Saving Made Easy ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us using the form on our Contact page or at salmankhan@savingmadeasy.com. Our business address is shown in our Contact Information policy.

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell digital products, including printable and fillable PDF planners. Nothing is sent by post. Product images are for illustration. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but minor differences in appearance may occur depending on your device or software.

Our products are educational tools to help you organise your finances. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. For free, impartial help with debt, contact StepChange, National Debtline or Citizens Advice.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product has been listed at an incorrect price because of an error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Your download link will appear on the order confirmation page and will be emailed to the address you give at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you do not receive your download, contact us with your order number and we will help.

5. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUNDS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, provided you agreed at checkout to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel.

If your product is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will repair or replace the file or, if that is not possible, give you a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for a single user to download, fill in and print the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:
- share, send, upload or distribute the file to anyone else;
- resell, sublicense or give away the product, in whole or in part, whether edited or not;
- claim the product or its design as your own; or
- use the product, or anything derived from it, for commercial purposes.

All content, designs, text and graphics on this website and in our products are owned by Saving Made Easy and protected by copyright. We may end your licence if you break these terms.

7. USING OUR WEBSITE
You agree not to misuse our website, including by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or copying our content without permission. We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our website may link to other websites, such as free debt advice services. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.

9. OUR LIABILITY
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any financial decisions you make using our products.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

If digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

10. PRIVACY
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

12. LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
